Tramspotter is licensed to you (the “Licensee”) on a non-exclusive, non-transferable basis, subject to the terms and conditions of this agreement. The Licensor grants the Licensee the right to use the Tramspotter app on their personal device(s) for personal use only.
The Licensee agrees not to use the app for any commercial purpose or to distribute, sell, or sublicense the app to any third party. The Licensee acknowledges that Tramspotter is the exclusive property of the Licensor and that the Licensor retains all ownership and intellectual property rights in and to the app.
The Licensor reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue the app at any time without prior notice. The Licensor is not liable for any damages, loss of profits, or other claims arising out of the use or inability to use Tramspotter.
The Licensee agrees to use Tramspotter in compliance with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations. The Licensee also agrees not to use Tramspotter in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the app or interfere with any other party’s use and enjoyment of the app.
This agreement is effective until terminated. The Licensee may terminate this agreement at any time by deleting the app from their device(s). The Licensor may terminate this agreement at any time if the Licensee breaches any of the terms and conditions of this agreement.
This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements or representations, whether oral or written. This agreement may not be amended or modified except in writing signed by both parties.
